A gastronomic journey
As a native French woman, I have a particular interest in gastronomy, which is the most precious part of this country. That is why I wanted to share with you today about the mythical and prestigious restaurant Le Jules Verne. Succeeding the famous Alain Ducasse, the three-starred chef Frédéric Anton (Le Pré Catelan), offers an elegant and refined cuisine at such a high standard as to be in harmony with the place.
After several months waiting, I had the chance to discover this magnificent establishment where I could enjoy an extraordinary culinary experience. A breathtaking environment, attentive service, exceptional quality products... The perfect romantic dinner was waiting for us! I particularly appreciated the attention to detail with quotes from Jules Verne's work "Voyage au centre de la terre" on the tables.
The Eiffel Tower Restaurant
Located on the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, Le Jules Verne has just been completely renovated and decorated in a more contemporary and refined style. At 125 metres high, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire city. You can admire many touristic monuments such as the Trocadero, the Champs-de-Mars, the Quai Branly, the Sacré-Cœur, the Tour Montparnasse, the Invalides or the Seine. When night falls and the city lights up, the atmosphere becomes even more enchanting. I highly recommend this restaurant, which I believe is the gastronomic destination that you should absolutely try this winter.
What an honour to be able to rediscover traditional French cuisine in such an emblematic monument as the Eiffel Tower. Originally built by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Universal Exhibition, the "Iron Lady" is now considered one of the most beautiful monuments in the world, and particularly one of the most visited.
