To guarantee your safety in our hotel, we have developed a protocol that includes actions that are now part of our daily routine:
- The Art of Welcoming: each room has a welcome kit including gloves and hydroalcoholic gel.
- The Art of Vigilance: a hygiene supervisor is appointed within the Monna Lisa hotel to ensure that procedures are maintained.
- The Art of Shining: before the reopening, a complete and thorough cleaning is done within the hotel. Rooms, bathrooms, common areas and others are pampered by our teams.
- The Art of the Detail: frequent and reinforced disinfection is assured; elevator buttons, handrails and switches are not left out!
